    Problems

I have a webpage that I want to allow someone else to access to do updates for me.

    the page is something like

    www.mydomain.net/webpage

I create an FTP account for webpage and I cannot log it, says password is incorrect. What could I be doing wrong?

Also how can I be sure that the folder for the page is all they can access?

Once you get the login working (contact support if you're still having trouble), log in to the FTP account. You'll see that the directory for the account will appear as "/" in the FTP client. If you try to move up to another directory (".."), you'll contnute ot get the same directory you're already in.
