We realize support responses have been very slow recently and Ive added temp addition staff to assist with this major backlog. This pile up of tickets is a result of an array of issues we have recently experienced.

On a related note, please do not open duplicate tickets if you have not received a response on a current similar ticket. Doing so will slow the response to your other tickets and other client tickets. Also, please refrain from posts relating to this delay in your tickets. We've moved the old posts to a section where our staff can view the posts.
