Transfer To New Machine No Good???

Looks like I have been transferred to a new machine.

Despite that my site is still not functional. And yes I have my new IP.

What's the deal here?? Am I ever going to get it back. I have been offline best part of 2 weeks now.

I have a support ticket raised for this but probably wasting my time.

Hey, my names robin and I'm from the uk too, what are the odds of that

Sorry to hear about your probs though, the move for me went without a hitch, I just had to reupload my most recent files, I was moved to nitrogen.

    Two of us eh.

    Where in UK are you?

Did you just ftp everything from your old server to your new one?

All I get from my domain at the moment is an index page displaying the domain directories so looks like all my stuff has gone missing as well.

I've got various cgi scripts and am not convinced it's as simple as just copying from one server to another.

    same here...got moved to carbon

Looks like I have the same problem...

Got moved to Carbon...I now have no e-mail data and accounts.

On setting them up manually, I find i can't use Neomail, and can't access them via Outlook

    Lightbulb You coming from Photon?

I just found myself on Carbon as well. Nothing worked. No backup. No POP mail accounts. I found using the password I was sent when I first activated my account got me in to the cpanel, where I could reestablish everything that got wiped.

Good luck. Something tells me this new account will last 1.2 days before being rendered unusable, but I can hope for the magical 99.7% uptime!

    Heh.
