pop access

Hello,

since the beginning of the week, pop access is refused on host15 for many of my customers until twelve (belgium time) to..

it depends.

But it all days start at twelve ???

And today, nobody answer at support ?

Does anybody face the same problem on that host ?

I had the same problem yesterday which turned out to be the result of a Control Panel upgrade. I don't know why its happening every day this week for you but its possibly because they are starting an upgrade at this specific time.

I can tell you that I had a similar problem. It seemed I wasn't getting any mail for quite awhile. Then one visitor happened to have my hotmail address and sent me an e-mail saying "Did you know your e-mail is being returned MAILBOX FULL?"

I checked the CPanel and sure enough I was 11MB's over the limit. Something must have changed as nothing was added to the site in several months and I was always about 40MB's under the limit.

My advice is for everyone to check their status as it seems HD space is being re-calculated somehow.

P.S. Anyone know of a script or something that will notify when storage is running low? All other hosts I've worked with have a reminder system, but it seems Jaguar doesn't, and just shuts things down on the site without any notice at all.
