    Support update requested

    I know you've asked us to be patient with support Greg, but could we please get an update as to how the backlog of support tickets is going?

    Your last post about support was on April 12, I've been waiting now four days for a ticket to be answered. It would make it a little easier to be patient if we could maybe get an update on the support situation.

    Yes, I agree with that statement. I have one issue that's very minor, and is not urgent at all, and I wanted the support people to be able to catch up on more important things before I put something else into the que.
