    No Reply From Sales and Can't Open a Support Ticket

    My Website has been down for almost two weeks now. I cannot login to my control panel, or login to open a support ticket. I have not gotten a reply from sales and I'm very frustrated. Could somebody please help me?

    If you are referring to the site you have in your profile, it works fine for me (by IP address). Just add /cpanel to the end of the IP and you'll be prompted for your username and password. Just use the same username and password that you used to upload the files you have there to your site and you should be in.

    To use the support ticket system, go to https://secure.jaguarpc.com/support/...wonderdesk.cgi and click on the big red "Click to create a support login!" button to create an account. The support ticket system uses its own usernames and passwords, separate from those for your site.

    Since you listed your site by IP, it looks like your domain name isn't working. What is your name? I can check it to see if there are any problems with it that might be preventing it from resolving.

    Once you create a support account you should have no problem getting the help you need.

    As stated in another post, there is no emails in the sales box older than 24 hours. Please resend your email and we will help as best as possible.

    If your username and pass isn't working on the ticket system then just create a new one using the "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" button so we can help as quickly as possible.

    One note is that the IP in your profile (http://64.247.3.35) is not a Jaguar IP so thats curious.

    The website in my profile has been fixed. Sorry, haven't been here since it was Aletiaforums...heheh.

    Anyways, thanks about the seperate user for the support tickets. That was helpful.
