    A, um, Political Website

I'm sorry that I haven't reviewed any websites recently. I did a lot in the past, so I'm hoping that maybe I can get a little help here (and I will, of course, review other's pages).

Anywho, I'm working on designing a website for a certain political organization. I would love opinions on the design but please, let's ignore the politics. Thanks!

The site is for College Democrats of Wisconsin: http://clients.cakdesign.com/collegedems/

    Thanks!

p.s. text and stuff is mostly filler right now.

I like it. I would extend the flag background in the navigation section and the blue background in the events section to the bottom of the page, though. The whitespace below them looks a little weird. Other than that, I like the look.

Can I ask what browser you're using? I tested the site w/ NS 7 and IE 5 and had no problems. Opera 7 rendered the page as you described.

    Thanks!

I used IE 6. Just tried it in NS 6 and 7 and, as you said, it works correctly in both. The events section doesn't show up at all in NS 4 (yes, I still have it installed on my computer at work! ), but who cares about NS 4 these days?

Would you be so kind as to try the site again in IE 6 and NS 4? I think I got the IE 6 problem fixed.

    Thanks!

Nicely designed, functional website. Looks just fine in my browser (IE 6).

Yes, its working now. I'm on my laptop, where I only have IE 6 and NS 7 installed, so I can't check everything right now, but IE 6 is working.
