    Unable to setuids

Can anyone tell me what this mean before I open a ticket.

I tried to login using Putty. It let me enter my account name and password but it gave me this error

    Unable to setuids

then a few seconds later the window is closed automatically.

I'll wait a few minutes then I'll open a ticket

It looks like a problem that you'll need to contact support on. It looks like its having a problem setting the User ID's on something (files, processes, who knows....). It probably has something to do with setting up your jailed environment, but I don't know that for sure.

    Jason,
I opened a ticket 10 minutes after I've posted here.

Anyway they send back a reply
"Please do try now and see if you have that problem." but with no explanation of the cause of the problem.

I tried it again but it is still not allowing me to SSH into my account. So I'm still waiting for their reply/action.

    Thanks again
    Tj
