Has anyone transferred from Register.com to AletiaNIC?

I tried to initiate a transfer of some domains from Register.com to AletiaNIC via the AletiaNIC "quick transfer" page. After a few days I got an email saying that the domain transfers failed "Canceled - Transfer rejected by losing registrar".

Does anyone know what I have to do? I've opened a ticket with Register.com but time is running out on my domains and I'd rather not have to renew them there.

Good point! We have our domains 'locked' on Dotster. That would definitely throw a wrench in the works...

Register says they are not locked, so I'm going to initiate the transfer again and see what happens. Thanks for the info.
