Mercury HTTP

Hasn't the HTTP problem in mercury been solved yet? HTTP is everyother 20m down, and up, down and up...

I have an outstanding ticket open regarding this subject. They said that they were going to move the server last weekend. As you have noticed Merc is still erratic so I assumed that the move did not happen. I haven't got any status update on my ticket yet.

Yeah it's getting to be frustrating. Some of my users are beginning to voice their displeasure.

Ah well, I'm sure support is working hard on getting this resolved.

Has there been any changes to Mercury lately like today because according to the SSH program putty, the sever key is different again.

The accounts on Mercury were moved to a completely new server hardware wise and if you notice any problems because of this move, please do open a ticket.

Eric, does this means that the work is completely finished and stable?

I do have a couple of problems but I'm willing to wait until the work is finished.

At least they are showing as down on the status page now. When I posted the problem with email, it was showing as working on the status page. Hopefully the network will become stable soon. I have submitted a ticket on the email problem, will update when I get a response.
