I added a subdomain through the CP, then placed an index page for that subdomain in that folder and published it. I'm still not able to access it over 72 hours later. How long should I wait for the new subdomain to resolve?

It seems like every time I change a password, or try to add anything through the CP it never works properly, and I have to open a support ticket. Should I allow more time, or is it time to open a ticket?
