Almost three hours ago my site exeeded the bandwidth limit, so I immediately sent a ticket requesting to have five gigs of bandwidth to be added, and I haven't recieved any responce since then. How come it this taking so long? Isn't there permanently at least one person taking care of the tickets system? I really shouldn't take three hours to do something that probably doesn't take more than three minutes, espacially when this determines wether the site is up or down...
