    MY SQL help

How do I determine what mysql databases go to which applications, particularly if I have multiple databases of the same sort. For instance, I now only have one Forum on my web site, however, there are 7 My SQL databases there that are from previous forums, how do I determine which of the 7 are the ones I deleted, and which is the one I want to keep?

Look in your forum's configuration file, where it should say the MysQL database..

If it was me, I'd go into phpMyAdmin (via your control panel) and use it to delete the old db's. If you putz around with it for a while, you should be able to figure it out.

I would add something to the current forum database, like make a user called Save_This_Database using your forum software, then go into phpMyAdmin and find which database that person is in, and delete the rest...
