pointing a domain towards a particular folder

Would it be possible to have a domain name to point to justa particular directory?

For exemple: my site is hello.com, and I have the directory hello.com/world/. Now I have a friend who owns the domain name foo.com, and we would like to have his domain to point directly to hello.com/world/. Would this be possible? (without using simple redirections)

    Thanks

Yes, it is called a multi-hosted domain in JPC lingo. You get 5 free ones with your hosting package (assuming you have a static IP), any additional ones will cost you a one-time setup fee of $15.

To set it up, create a subdomain called "world." That will make world.hello.com resolve to the content in hello.com/world. Then open a support ticket and ask that they point foo.com to world.hello.com. Also, set the DNS servers for foo.com to the same ones as you're using for hello.com. Give it a couple days for the DNS change to propagate, and you should be in business.
