    awstats config

Is awstats configured correctly? I'm just curious because program does not show which countries visitors come from. I've seen it working on other servers, but on either of my Jag accouns. Does anyone know how to fix it. Also, the domains only shows I.P. addresses, and I have seen other servers show domain names. I'd like to have that capability if possible

The Apache HostnameLookups directive is off on the JPC servers. This means that, for every request that comes in, the only the IP address is logged. This cuts down on server load because Apache doesn't need to do a nslookup on every request, but it means that you only get the IP's when you look at your stats. Also since most stats programs use the TLD of the requestor's hostname to determine the country (which isn't increadibly accurate these days), you don't get these stats, either.

I don't think anyone relies on TLD to determine a country these days

Anyway, this link http://www.ip-to-country.com/ may be interesting, if you don't mind a little work to get accurate reports.
