You'll have to open a ticket for that. I had the same problem a long time ago.
How can I open a ticket if I can't even login?
The ticket system is separate from the client area. Go to https://secure.jaguarpc.com/support/...wonderdesk.cgi to create a ticket. If you don't have an account, just create one by clicking the large red "Click to create a support login!" button.
