    24 hours expired? When will we get it?

    We ordered v100 hosting package with a year prepay.. We ordered it Sunday night..

    We never received anything in our e-mail address (arjen.laarhoven@wanadoo.nl)


    Not a confirmation, Not a password for the control panel

    Is there any reason why this could've happened?

    Part of the problem may have been that Monday was a holiday here in the US so they may be a little backloged on their orders. Send in a support ticket and I'm sure someone will get back with you.
