Submit a support ticket.

Cant access the site www.sammyrockmusic.org are the servers down?
I have.
It's been about 3 hours. No answer.
I thought we were promised better support after the move to Texas?
If you are on Carbon then yes the server is down.
Of course we will probably be told the server is not down, that there was some technical issue. But the server IS down.
I have a ticket in, 3 hours ago, no answer at all.

I can't acces it either. Unfortunately for you, the forums are not the best place go to get a clear answer though.
Hmm; a repeating topic; so some basic troubleshooting:
To see if the server is down you can visit the 'network status' page in the 'client' area. You can get there by clicking the 'clients' button just under the Jaguar/Aletia logo at the top of this page.
But before you look there: find out what server you are on. You can find this on the top of your control panel - but if the whole server is down you can't reach that either, so that's something you may want to note for future refence.
Anyway, there are no servers reporting down at the moment, so that can't be it.
A next thing to check is if you can still reach you site by giving the IP address instead of the name. This was in your welcome mail. According to JAGs nameserver it's 66.227.66.199. If you can reach it the problem is with the domain registry, not the server itself. In this case: I couldn't reach it by IP.
If you still can access you control panel (or have ssh access), than you may want to use it to see if your index file is still intact. In this case: your control panel login showed up normally when I tried, so I guess you can login and see.
If that's still normal you'd best put in a support ticket through the ticket system.
Success!

Update: on refreshing that server status screen it now showed Carbon http down and all of Iron down. If you're on either of these machines: I hope (and think) they're on it.

We know the forum isn't the best place to get help, but it at least is a way to know others are sitting around waiting to get the their sites back up too.
When I check the server status page it to would not display the status of ANY server.
I did inform support in a ticket.
I got this responce
"Hello,
Please do try to access your website now. Its working fine with no problems at all.
Thank you,
Regards,
Susy."
I replied,
"Just wanted to be sure, are you saying there was no problem? Could you inform me to what the problem was?"
I await the answer. It will be interesting.
Got a reply.
Someone using Carbon had a program binding to a port.
They killed it then set the server to stop it from happening again.
