    Otherwise known as Egg Drops and the answer is probably no, at least back during the Aletia days a m8 of mine has his account suspended for running one. They are huge drains on bandwidth and processing power.

    Is it an IRC thing? If so, then the answer is no. The JPC AUP expressly forbids running any kind of IRC software.
