    ssl not in browser

i know there could be a number of posibilities, but something has disabled SSL on my pc, so i can't access the ssl pages of my site, or use tickets etc etc. does anyone know what this is likely to be?

it's not the browser, as i have had the same problem with many different browswers. is there a setting on XP that disables it? cheers, dave
