    May Newsletter -- available online?

    Yesterday I recieved three e-mails from sales@jaguarpc.com.

Each one had the subject: JaguarPc - May Newsletter.

The contents of each of the three e-mails was:

    Thursday, May 29th, 2003

And that was it. Just the date. No other information after the date.

Did anyone else see the full newsletter? Is it available online somewhere?

Not that I've seen, but maybe Jag will be posting it under the News and Updates section of the forum.

In the meantime, here's one of the more critical snippets:

I wonder why some of us received three blank emails and others received the full newsletter?

I received 3 newsletters to. Sorry I deleted them. Basically all the
info in the newsletters related to resellers. If your not a reseller then
the newsletter was not applicable to you. I'm not a reseller so I deleted them.

Based on "lookouts" Post there may have been more than one newsletter or,
I completely overlooked the info he referred to. The only thing I remember
is they all contained information about how Jag had made some changes
    that would benefit resellers.

By the way, has anyone received antoher newsletter from Jag in recent months.
It has been several months since I have received a newsletter for Jag.

I got the exact same newsletter six times, three times on my primary and three times on my secondary contact addy - didn't look very professional. In other words: practice on guys! I guess though they're just trying to get this particular mail to as many users as possible, despite the old-aletia=lousy-contact-details-on-file issue that they appear to have.

Anyway; here it is for those that are looking:

    ============================

    Dear Jaguar and Aletia Customers,
We have recently added additional reseller sections to the
client area of our site. A few of the more recent features are:

    - Update your billing password
    - View pending invoices and totals
    - View all resold sites
    - includes resold site packages
    - includes resold site totals

We will continue to improve upon our interfaces and
services. Please submit any suggestions you have to us via
    email or in our forums.

We ask at this time that all resellers view their resold
site listing in billing and report any discrepancies in site
    names or plans.

All resold sites will be billed on the 1st of each month in
accordance with the terms of service as part of the new
interface updates. The somewhat untimely billing of resold
accounts should be a thing of the past.

As part of a semi-annual audit we are reviewing a list of
all sites on our servers. Any site that does not appear in
billing will be deactivated. We ask for your cooperation in
correcting any discrepancies preventing any unnecessary
downtime for you or your clients. We look forward to hearing
    from you soon.

I received several copies the other day too. Same thing happens all the time with spam, though I'm not sure why. Haven't seen any other newsletters in many months. Early last September is the last one I can find in my archives, though I may have deleted a later one.

That is the same letter I received 3 times within 30 minuets. I only have 1
e-mail account listed with Jag. The account is through earthlink. I learned a
long time ago not to use an e-mail address at Jag. That is a different topic
so I won't go into it.

I don't remember when I received the last newsletter from Jag, but I will
go with "Lookout" that it was at least in Sept of last year.

I guess the bottom line is that a lot of us got a surprise e-mail from Jag
that was not relevant to a lot of recipients.

I got three, but to a different address than any prior mail has gone. I changed my address in the clients section a loooonnnnngggg time ago, but I guess they just updated their mailing list recently. I'm kind of surprised that Jag didn't post the newsletter to News and Updates already. I've seen past newsletters there before I've gotten them in my mail.

Lookout, I don't think there's been a newsletter since September. They've never been regular, though. Only when they have something to say....
