Neutron and ongoing problems

I've been having ongoing problems with mysql on Neutron now for 4 days.

Every time I file a support ticket, the support staff have been mavelous in their speed at getting it sorted out, but the next day the same problem occours

It starts off with my forum being *very* slow to load, then there are errors in the mysql, and then the site usually goes down

I read in News and Updates that they are replacing the ram in Neutron and that "should be back up within 10 minutes", that was ages ago and my site is now down altogether.

I'd just like to have someone look into the problem in more depth and prevent it from happening on such a regular basis.

This is *not* a flame as I've been very happy with JaguarPC until now, I just want to be able to get on with other stuff and not be having to check that my site is up and running ever 10 minutes.
