Back up in less than 25 mins. That's pretty impressive.
99.7% uptime = .3% downtime, or 26.5 hours a year. So, keep adding it up. Maybe they'll owe you a couple of bucks by next Christmas...

26.5 hours a year of down time. If you divide that by 12 months. Means it can't be down for 2.2 hours a month. And for the server my clients are on. They are down at least 1 hour every day for the past 3-5 days. Now, that is going over the estimated allowance of down time.
