Was there an outage this weekend? I couldn't even access the main Jaguar page and this forum for most of Saturday and Sunday morning.

Yeah, that was a 'good' one. My monitoring service shows I was down 49 minutes, 13 seconds yesterday. However, when I did a dig, it looked like the whole 'thing' caved-in. Maybe everyone in Texas turned their A/C's on at the same time.

Vin DSL are you on Zinc for the server?

I could not access any Jag site yesterday 06/14/03 got 404 error pages.
Today 06/15/03 I could connect to the support login page. When trying
to check the forums I was getting a SQL socket error. Late today I was
able to reach the forums.
I have 2 sites with Jag. Neither site was down, and e-mail was not down.
Strange. I thought all problems were on my end until I read this post.
I'm surprised that there has not been more comments about this.
Jag being down is not an issue with me. However when the support log
in is down that could be an issue. Especially when it was down for at
least 24 hours, since Jag does not provide any other way to contact
them other than doing a ticket, I think the support log in page being
down as for well over 24 hours could be a serious issue.
I know Greg does not consider this to be a serious problem. I have no
real complaint. My sites were up. But I do think it is serious
when your host is down for approximately 24 hours, and there is no way to
contact the host other than using a ticket system, which can not be
accessed during a 24 hour period of time because the host is down.
Greg will probably delete or "As he calls it move the post to a section
that only Jag personal can access". Won't be the first time.
Any way I have paid more and gotten less from other Host. JagPC is a good host.
I wish they would address a few simple issues that would move them to top of any list for any web host.
Also the forum for Host GUI was down during this period of time.

Check it out in your browser. The site's not available, even though the server's up. The account might be suspended as mine is currently.Originally posted by Vin DSL

Everything looks pretty normal.
Somehow JaguarPC's database shows that I haven't paid my monthly bill even though my bank statement shows that I last paid on 5/27. I've already logged a ticket on this and was told that this problem has been forward to sales.
I wonder if more people are experiencing this problem.
I've submitted multiple tickets. I've left a message on Friday. I've sent emails... I don't know what else to do. Should I go knock to see if anybody is home?
Yes, the account has been suspended....but nobody has given me an answer yet.
semi-annual audit turned up a number of sites on the servers that arent in the billing system. Its likely your may have fell into the category. If you have a charge on 5/27 make sure its from us and verify in your ticket if you have any other accounts. Perhaps your being billed for one site and not a second. Or your recent invoice for 5/27 cleared but theres still an old one that never cleared.
These are just a few of the many things that could occur to cause a billing issue. We will get to your ticket as fast as we can, shouldnt be much longer at all if you havent received a reply yet.

I only have one account. I would hope that in the future, we could receive an advance notice of sorts to give us a chance (24 hours, let's say) to clear up any issues before an account is suspended.Originally posted by Jag

I just wanted to thank you on our behalf for restoration. Hope you had a great fathers day.![]()
My problems have been taken care of, as well. Thanks.
