    Will I be notified by email when there is an update to my support ticket, or do I need to login to the ticket system and manually check?

    You should recieve an email anytime your ticket is updated by a techie.

    I've had a few occasions where I haven't gotten a message when a ticket was updated, but for the most part, it works...
