    Not connecting at all.

    This is the message I'm getting.

    The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'erick@vteen.com', Server: 'mail.vteen.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

    This is what set-up looks like:

    Is your username and password right? If it is the main, catch-all account, use your username/password for your site.

    your account name shouldn't be your email address, it'll probably be something like 'vteen'

    you're right. I took out the @vteen.com.. but it still doesn't connect.

    Um... I have several mail accounts here, obviously, and I use the entire email addy. They work fine... all of the them...

    open a support ticket, or if you haven't, check the manual...

    I was using outlook express... so I switched to regular outlook. I tried testing and this is what I got:

    Check the port your pop3 is coming from? Should it be 110?

    Use the login info you use to log into FTP and SSH and CPanel. That might do it.
