Who is Compaid - Possible Hack?

My server was just changed from Nickel to Lead and when I logged on using SSH, it reported my last log in locatioin as nat10a.compaid.com. Fact is I never logged in from such location, in fact I do not know of such location. Is this a result of the move or is this a sign of something bad?

Good suggestion! Already done. I am however still interested in what actually happened. Is there a way to determine the cause of the prompt?

CompAid is a company that provides outsourced IT services it looks like. JPC may be using them to handle some of their support needs and the person who did your server move may have been a compaid employee. Just a hunch....

Your hunch may be right, as it sounds plausible. I wish, however, that JPC would confirm this. I will like to put my mind at ease on this

In that case you'd best put in a support ticket asking about this. - These boards are not monitored systematically by JPC support.
