What's the story? Been down almost an hour now with no one replying to my ticket.

Three days in a row where the server is either slow or, like today, completely down.

Log into the client section and look at thge network status. For me, it says its up.

The website was down. Many people complaining about it. You could ping the site, you could get into the ftp server, but the http server was non-responsive.
