multi-hosted problems

it makes sense for me to multi-host several clients on one account to suit their budgets and requirements. However, several times once the account has been setup, it will occassionally revert to the main account/subdomain.

Example: www.kirkfanelly.com/work is multihosted on pickleangelo.com. When entered, it should go to www.kirkfanelly.com/work/index.htm, but instead reverts to: http://kmf.pickleangelo.com/work/

I was told this is the default setting and can be fixed with a support ticket; but it's happened again a couple of times on different accounts and makes me think the multi-hosted domains are unreliable. It doesn't make sense for clients to pay for 200-300MB of space when they require 5MB and no other additional features. However, if it's an ongoing issue, I'd prefer to just trust setting up new accounts for each client.

I'd use subdomains, e.g. work.kirkfanelly.com instead of www.kirkfanelly.com/work. You're half way there already...
