Can't log into client section

Is the client section login your user/pass for ftp etc?
I can't login to issue a payment.

For me, it is my FTP username and password, but I've also heard that some users need to use their entire domain name. The password should be the password you used when you first signed up, not your site's current password if you've changed it.

If all else fails, open a support ticket and ask for your login info. Give them the last four digits of your credit card number in the ticket so they know you are who you say you are, and they should get you the info pretty quickly.
