    DNS problem?

Hi there, I signed up an Essential (94USD with free) Ordernumber 18350-R1048910-Feb 25, 2002
    Webhost with Aletia

Last Feb, I got an email from Sales Dep. on renew problem as Enom (your reseller) had block IP from Vietnam. Eventually, Sales Dep. replied that, it's ok and they had put the domain into my quyda at Aletianic.com since then the domain work fine.
A week ago, users had reported some email error, I checked and found out that DNS setting should be changed to
    NS1.Juagarpc.net

Jaguarpc support said that I'm not listed in their reseller account database!????? But when I posted a email indicate that I actually did register it via Aletia (and of course should be in your reseller account database) then I havent got responsed since then which make me feel like I'm being ignored

My company has lost email communication for nearly one week

Now I dont know what to do, jaguarpc said I'm not in the reseller account and I had to ask enom,What can I do???
    Thnx

    Hrm...

    Well, first of all it's NS.Jaguarpc.net and NS2.Jaguarpc.net, and/or NS3.Jaguarpc.net, and/or NS4.Jaguarpc.net, et cetera, not NS1.Juagarpc.net. I don't think there is a NS1.Jaguarpc.net anyway. That might be the problem...

Secondly, I did a dig on you and I couldn't find your site using your domain name, www.hungvietgroup.com, however, I can see your site by entering http://66.227.69.150/. It looks like you have 2 web sites on this account, but that shouldn't cause any problems.

If you DID NOT recently change your DNS number[s], I don't know what the problem is. If you DID recently change your DNS number[s], it takes 3 or 4 days for them to propagate around the world. This is normal.

I did a whois lookup on your domain, and it shows all of the defualt registrat info. (Enom's (I'm guessing) address, name-servers, email addresses, etc.) See for yourself...

I would open a support ticket asking them to change your address and DNS servers. It shouldn't be a problem for them to do this.

I took a stab at this thread at 2:00 AM this morning, Jason, and then this guy double-posted. Here's the other one:

    http://forums.jaguarpc.com/showthrea...&threadid=9685

    They need to be merged...

He is +7 GMT and I'm -8 GMT. Texass is probably -6 GMT. Double-posting at 3:00 AM isn't going to double your chances of getting an immediate answer. It's just going to confuse matters.

    Hi,

We do not show your domain name as being registered through us. It was registered at Enom but is not in our reseller account. You'll need to contact Enom to find out who your reseller is for your domain name and have them change your nameservers to:

    ns.jaguarpc.net
    ns2.jaguarpc.net

    Regards,
    Ericm
It's REALLY AN UNREPONSIVE anwser, you should protect you customer!
My boss give me 2 days to resolve the problem!
Pls do act upon this issue!
