I asked for an account upgrade for one of my accounts, from an Aletia account to a JAg account.
In my request letter, I said that I had read (in these forums) that people have lost their shell access during the upgrade. I begged that they check and ensure that this doesn't happen to me since I am enroute to Alaska and internet access is scarce.
Well, of course, the upgrade my account, and I lose access. On 6/28 I send in a request to have it fixed (to sales, not support) and no luck. Today I try to login again, STILL no luck, AND my support ID no longer works on wonderdesk.
Thanks a fricken heap, guys. PLEASE fix this, so that the next time I have access I can actually have access (if you know what I mean.)
Just wanted to vent, and plead for the 4th time...
