My clients have had around 6 hours of downtime on Host17. That is a long period of downtime without acknowledgment from someone at Jag of the problem and what is happening.
If anyone from support reads this can they please post for all of us what is going on.
If anyone has heard anything from support can they post it.
less than 10 minutes after posted this I have them back up ... can someone from support please explain what the issue was still.
