    Password reset

How do we reset a password for the people that we have given e-mail accounts to? I would rather not have to delete their e-mail and start over again.
    Thanks

If I am not mistaken, the user needs to log into their email account using the web interface, like Horde or whatever, and change their password there. I don't think you can do it from Cpanel, as you probably already figured out...

I just double-checked --- all you have to do is go to:

    http://www.bernardeta.com:2095

Log in using the user's full email addy and password. Once you are logged in, there is a link in the middle of the page to change the password. Simple pimple!

    No password

Unfortunately the person does not remember the password so they can't go in the typical way to change it.

In CPanel, click on "POP Email accounts" and you'll get a list of your existing accounts. Next to each one you'll see a little gold padlock icon. Click on that and you can change an accounts password without knowing the current password.
