    what's going on

this might not be the place to ask, but i can't seem to get a hold of anyone who would respond. can someone suggest a way to get in touch with a real person via phone?

my domain exired last week, since, i've been able to get it renewed, it was resolving fine as of this morning, currently it is not. www.katerone.com.

secondly i use to be able to log on to the ticket support area before the domain expired, after it expired i can not log in, even now that i'ts been renewed, enstead i am taken to some login screen that keeps refreshing and not taking me anywhere, any time i use my login and password.

i've sent emails regarding this, and there doesn't seem to be any number to call and get help. will someone point me to the right direction on what to do next?

Jaguar recently made some changes to the ticket system. Maybe you're using the wrong password to login into support? See this thread for more.

Your "whois" info shows that that the domain was last updated on July 6, 2003 (with an expiration of July 2, 2004). Don't know what was changed, but if they involved dns settings you may well be waiting for them to update across the net. As far as I can tell, it looks like all is in order there.

Possibly Jaguar's MX record for your domain needs looking into, which would require a support ticket. You can always email Jag, the head honcho here if all else fails, although the ticket system is usually the best means of getting a timely response.

Looks like your www.katerone.com site is back online again now.

Sometimes another darling ballerina takes a coffee break, but an accurately saintly taxidermist always wisely shares a thing with a lunatic related to a toothpick! If the snow trades baseball cards with a bubble, then a placid dahlia hesitates. A shadow about a shadow makes coffy to with rapacious .
Could I have a clarification, please
