My username and password no longer works. Did something change that I am unaware of? I know I am using the correct password.

You now have to use your login for the client section. The ticket system was merged with the client section over the weekend.

I just used it --- worked great! Logged into the Client's Section, clicked the 'Create a new ticket' link, I typed my concerns, et cetera, and away it went. My site is still down, but you can't have everything...![]()

Nah! Look at the top left of this page, below the JagPC logo. Click on CLIENTS...
It's also plastered all over the main site. Go to this page:

... Client Login... If you can't figure out your username and password (which I couldn't do originally) contact someone at one of those addys. It looks like the good ol' Wonderdesk is still active too.
BTW - everyone told me to use my domain name as the username and my original password from when I first signed up on JagPC as the password. That turned out to be correct, however, the first letter of my domain name was capitalized, e.g Lenon.com, not lenon.com if that helps.

I've tried everything .... nothing worked, so I have sent an email.
Thanks
