Can't login to open a Support ticket

I need to be able to open a support ticket, but I can't login to the secure ticket system, even though I used to be able to and have done so a few times in the past. The "lost password" form isn't working for me, either. I've emailed sales@jaguarpc.com, as the error message instructed me, but I haven't gotten a response yet. My domain is lauraworthington.net. Can anyone help me, please?

The ticket system has changed. It is now part of the clients section and uses the the same login credentials that you use for the clients section.

Try using either you CPanel username or your full domain name (lauraworthington.net) as the username and the password that you either selected or were assigned to log in to your account (CP, FTP, etc) with when you first signed up.

Thanks, Jason. I could have sworn I tried that combination and it didn't initially work. But it works now, so thanks for the info.

I am having the same problem & I have tried using my user name and password and my domain name & password. Nothing happens. It acts like it is going to a new page then just stops and remains at the login page.

I am having serious issues on my site. My site is still up, but since last night I can't log into my cPanel (says Access Denied) and I cannot retrieve any of my e-mail! It is as if I my user and admin info has completely disappeared from the system.
