not only has carbon been down for a couple of hours now (i was right in the middle of some work), but now the client area wont accept my login so i can't even check the status.
I used the retrieve password thing and it sent me the name/password combination that i've been using.
I can understand problems, but WE NEED COMMUNICATION!.
things break, computers go down. nothing you can do about that. but lack of communication you CAN do something about.
