    Password Reset

    Hi,
    I'm trying to reset my password for my cpanel but i don't have the credit card i used to have for the site. What are my options....?

    You just need the last four digits of your credit card number to verify that you are the site owner. They won't try to verify the card itself, but they consider the number private enough to verify you are who you say you are. Do you still have the card number somewhere, such as on an old statement?

    Once you get the password straightened out, you should log in to the cllient section and update your credit card info so that your service isn't interuped the next time your site is up for renewal.

    If you don't have the CC number available, I would email Jag (admin@jaguarpc.com) and explain your situation. He'll probably come up with some other form of verification, such as having you fax in a copy of your license or something.
