The subject is very actual for me. Every client ask me about raw log access immediately after subscription or later.

Today I was surprised that no logs at '/usr/local/apache/domlogs/' exists. I have a script that copy logs of domain and all subdomains to FTP area each day for every client account. Today I plan provide this script to each client but was surprised.

Now - questions for support:
- Where I can find raw logs now?
- Is it possible to get access to raw logs if no access exist now?
- I found 'username_logs' FTP account at each site, but this dir is emty or contain something wrong. What is this?
- It will be great if I and clients always can download actuall raw log from one FTP place (/logs/ dir under account root for ex.)
- What max period in one log file I can expect? One month? or what?
