Jaguar site down and I need support

The main Jaguar site is down and I have a PHP error which has suddenly developed.

The PHP script has been working correctly for months and has suddenly stopped working without me doing anything at all. I can't open a ticket as there is no link from my cpanel and the main site is down. Please help.

If you're still having trouble accessing the Jaguar support site, try this link to open a ticket:

It was running when I checked a moment ago.

On not having a link to support in cpanel, it sounds like you'll also need to request that the techs update your cpanel for your account. You're probably seeing the default cpanel view right now.

What exactly was your PHP error?
