    Angry No Support On Weekends?

Why can I never get support on weekends? I'm out of bandwidth and I'm trying to buy more but it's been about 22 hours and still nothing. This always happens on the weekends.

All my support tickets have been answered within about 10 hours, even the ones submitted on weekends. In fact, the ticket I have open right now was answered less than an hour ago.

Is your ticket for something complicated that maybe only one staff member is a specialist on? If tha person has the day off, it could cause a delay. You'd think they'd at least give you a courtesy reply, though...

Like I said, I'm just looking for more bandwidth.. Should be easy, they've done it 2362473837634562345 times for me.

It probably hasn't been done because sales has to bill you for it and they don't work on weekends. I can't see why they can't do it right away and then post the charge on Monday, but that's about the only explanation I can come up with.

Are you sure its been done exactly 2,362,473,837,634,562,345 times before?

If you go over a lot don't you think you need to update something
so that you are not in an emergency situation. Adding additional
bandwidth is not expensive. Personally I would rather pay a couple extra $s per month for extra bandwidth to have the peace of mind that I would not have an emergency on the weekends.

On the other hand even though this is a sales issue, I would think
support could take care of it.

    Wish I had your problem.

Yeah, but I never have any idea how much bandwidth I'll use.. and it's usually solved within like 30 minutes max.. except on weekends.

they need to set up a "auto-bill" system that customers can predefine that will buy Bandwidth automatically in XXX increaments when their limit is reached

I use a Toll Fre Voice Mail Service, and you get XXX minutes based on your plan, then you can elected to have extra minutes bought automatically in 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 minute blocks once your plan minutes run out

This would solve alot of problems

I remember reading about some guy that wrote a book and couldn't get it published, so he decided to sell it on his web site as an eBook. To promote it, he decided to put it up for free for a couple of days. The next thing you know, a couple of days later, he had rung up like $75,000 in bandwidth changes. Hahahahaha!

I'm gonna see if I can find that again...
