Suggestion for Bug/Issue Tracker

I'd like to install a bug and/or issue tracker on my site to keep up with enhancement requests, bug reports, etc. Does anyone have a suggestion? I've looked at Bugzilla, but it seems to require the installation of a bunch of perl modules that aren't Jaguar-standard. Thanks. --Jeff
