    can't log in to ticket system

    I even filled out the 'forgot password' form, got my username & pass.

    Still, it just takes me straight back to the same page with the login form. No incorrect login messages nothin...

    and while I have your attention... the mailing list administration pages are broken, but once you get me into the ticket system, I'll open a ticket for that.

    Still can't log in

    To the ticket system or the client area or anything.

    I did the forgot password thing & I'm cut & pasting the login and password directly from the e-mail into the login form.

    I've tried loging in with IE as well Opera to make sure it wasn't some browser specific thing.

    This is starting to bug me pretty bad. I can even get to support to tell them there's a problem. I tried here, but I'm not getting any response either. I'm getting ready to call sales just to try to light a fire somewhere.

    This is the kind of thing that has made me leave other hosting companies in the past.

    I'm having a similar problem, except I can't even get the forgotten password form to send me the log in details. It says it will, but I never get it. There is a chance that my email server is bouncing the messages, but I can't log in to change the address associated with my account.

    also when you get it in to the system, makesure you using a OFF SITE email address, like one from your ISP, or even a Hotmail or yahoo account

    it is pointless to have a email address listed that is hosted here at jag, if you contacing support you probally have a problem and if it is with the email, your SOL, because the email on file you dont have access to at that moment......

    I am using an off-site email address. And I'm sure that the password I am trying to log in with is correct, which is why I'm pretty much having the same problem as the thread starter.

    Anyway, I will try contacting sales. Thanks.

    I have never had any problems with the Ticket System

    I have submitted about 5 tickets over the last month for differant plan chnages and such

    no problems
