I'm on vacation and find out one of my customer's sites is down, apparently a billing issue. I submit a ticket and find that the ticket script is generating errors, so I'm not sure if the tickets are getting through.
This is a 9.95 issue that I can quickly fix once I get home in a couple days. Could this site please be turned back on? Christ, I've paid hundreds to JaguarPC in the last months and I get my customer's site dumped over ten bucks?

I have to handle this from internet cafes here in Sweden and soon in Amsterdam. I'd rather be enjoying my vacation, so if this could be turned on quickly, I would be a happy customer.
