    site down, ticket system gives errors

    I'm on vacation and find out one of my customer's sites is down, apparently a billing issue. I submit a ticket and find that the ticket script is generating errors, so I'm not sure if the tickets are getting through.

    This is a 9.95 issue that I can quickly fix once I get home in a couple days. Could this site please be turned back on? Christ, I've paid hundreds to JaguarPC in the last months and I get my customer's site dumped over ten bucks?

    I have to handle this from internet cafes here in Sweden and soon in Amsterdam. I'd rather be enjoying my vacation, so if this could be turned on quickly, I would be a happy customer.

    I'm having the same problems... Although the site is now working again, I'm wondering for how long. Also, this is the second time it failed this month and it's the same error (MySQL connection can't be established).
    I've been able to create a ticket, but I don't think that the support team have received an e-mail about it.

    Hey cheval! Which server are you on?
    And despite those errors I'm still getting updates on my tickets, so that still seems to be working
