    Adding sub domains

    Hi,
I wish to add sub domains to my hosting account which allows me to sub host up to ten domains.
How do I go about setting up the hosting?
Does or can each sub domain have its own access password?
Is there a set of proceedures written down to do this operation?
    Thankyou,
    Peter Spear www.kiwi-collections.com.

As XtremeCarAudio said, you can create subdomains in CPanel. Doing this will create a subdirectory in your public_html directory with the name of the subdirectory.

You can then create an FTP account (also in CPanel) with the same name as that of the subdomain, which will give the subdomain user access to the files for the subdomain only.

So, for example, if your domain is "yourdomain.com" and you want to create a subdomain "xyz"...

    Subdomain: xyz.yourdomain.com
    File path: /home/username/public_html/xyz
    FTP User: xyz@yourdomain.com
