I want to end my service

Can someone explain (or better yet, point me to a URL within jaguar) how I can end my service at the end of my 1-year agreement? I believe they also paid/setup my domain registration, so I'd like to know how to get that squared away, as well.

I would email billing and tell them that you don't want to renew. As for your domain registration, what do you wnat to do with it? If you want to continue using it with another host, you can either leave it as is and change your DNS servers at AletiaNic (I doubt Jag will mind, even if you aren't hosting here), you can transfer the registration to a different provider, or you can just let it lapse (assuming that it isn't set up for auto renewal).

Looking at your domain record (http://www.interbrite.com/prodserv/d...=puretecmo.com) shows that your registrat contacts haven't been set to your personal contact info. Go to AletiaNic.com and click on new account and create yourself an account. Then open a ticket and ask to have your domain name linked with that account. Then you'll be able to change the contact info, change the DNS servers, or initiate a transfer to a new registrar.
