support time ?

When is the best time to get support on JaguarPC, I'm asking because I haven't got any answers on my support ticket I submitted a few hours ago..

I don't mean to offend anyone, I'm just asking and I also wanna say that I love JaguarPC. its the best webhost I've ever had

Normally you should receive an automated reply acknowledging the ticket.
You will receive another reply when a tech thinks they have taken care
of the problem or needs more information. How long this takes will
depend on how busy support is at the time you submit the ticket and
the complexity of your problem.
