    Neo down -urgent

Both my reseller account (lahostingsolutions.com) and a resold account that are located on Neo are down and have been for a while now.

I get a blank "Untitled document" page for the main index, and anything else produces a 404 error. I have tried entering the control panel on each and it asks for login info, but then gives a 404.

After traceroute'ing, I've found that the IP address on both have changed.

ALSO, i STILL can't log in to the clients section. They reset my password and everything for me... it just won't work. I need to be able to add accounts/services, see network status, and file support tickets.

It's coming up here. Here an excerpt from the home page that I see right now:

...Our website is currently under much construction. New and improved website coming soon, thanks to one of our clients! For now, see above for information...

Another Neo thread shows you're not alone in Neo problems.

The different IP that you noticed sounds like it's the key to this. I did a "dig" on your lahostingsolutions.com and found it with an entry pointing to dragonfire.nocdirect.com, not neo.nocdirect.com as I would expect. So maybe your site was moved to a new server. If so, you could well be waiting for the change to propagate across the Net. That would also explain why some people might see it and others not.

The Dragonfire server wasn't appearing on Jaguar's network status page when I looked, but they may not have added it yet if it's a new server.
The trouble with our times is that the future is not what it used to be.
