Is this possible with GD?

Hi,

I was wondering it it is possible that when you create text with gd to have the text outlined in a different color. I looked through php.net manual but wasn't able to find anything.

I don't think there is an automatic way of doing it, but you might be able to do it by placing text twice--once in the outline color and then again, slightly smaller, in the real color. Experiment. I did this once in a primitive version of Photoshop (4.0, I think). It took a little fooling around with to get it to look OK, but I eventually got something I was happy with.
